It all starts with a call to our Customer Support team who will help diagnose the root cause of the issue. In the case of 70% of incoming calls, we are even able to fix the fault over the phone

Failure to fix the fault over the telephone will result in the dispatch of a Spandex Service Engineer. Our Field Service Engineers are fully qualified and highly experienced professionals, trained to offer high levels of service

Spandex Service only use spare parts supplied direct from the manufacturer and not products sourced from third-party suppliers. Parts are often dispatched ‘same-day’ from the ELC (Express Logistics Centre), to ensure the part arrives before the engineer. The ELC currently stocks spare parts from Epson, Mutoh, Summa, Gerber and many more

Spandex System Care

Once the equipment warranty has expired, Spandex Service will discuss the options available to your business under our System Care program This can range from ongoing telephone support to all-inclusive service programs.

System Care is designed to be as flexible as you need to ensure we meet the needs of your business, at a price you are happy to pay.

System Care packages are not just available to customers who have purchased equipment from Spandex. Even if you purchased your equipment with another supplier, Spandex Service will be happy to discuss your ongoing support requirements.
