Spandex Bonus Points Terms & Conditions

The Spandex Bonus Points Programme is run by Spandex Limited, 1600 Park Avenue, Aztec West, Almondsbury, Bristol BS32 4UA.

These terms and conditions set out the rules of the Spandex Bonus Points Programme (Programme) and set out the terms of the contract between Spandex Limited (us/we/our) and each Points collector (you/your). You are automatically registered with the programme when you open an account with us. Once registered and accepted you can then earn Points on your purchases of aftermarket products supplied by Spandex but not on equipment or technical services.

We would like to use your details from the application form, plus details on how you use the Programme and what you buy, to:

• help manage and improve the Programme, our services and products
• unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with offers and information about products and services which we think may be of interest to you.

We will share your details among Spandex companies at home and abroad (e.g., Spandex Group, Gerber Scientific Inc.), and businesses that process Programme information on our behalf.

The Programme


1. The Programme is for use by businesses only.

 
2. All points issued under the Programme (Points) are issued by Spandex Limited. We reserve the right, at our discretion and at any time without notice, to: (a) decline to accept a registration for the Programme;
(b) cancel a business’s membership in the Programme;
(c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Points collected, or to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Programme, or
(d) cancel or terminate the Programme. For the purposes of (c) above, “reasonable grounds” may include any abuse or attempted abuse of the Programme, any use or attempted use of Points against the provisions of these terms and conditions, or any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty in connection with your use of the Programme.

3. Points are not transferable and have no cash value unless refunded against products or services under the terms of the Programme. Points can be redeemed only by the company or business to which they are issued. Points cannot be transferred, sold, swapped or traded in any way.

 
4. We will inform Programme members from time to time which products or services attract Points either directly by our sales staff, or through our printed catalogue or website. Not all purchases of Spandex products or services will attract Points.

 
5. There is no minimum spend for a transaction to qualify for Points. One Point will be awarded for every £1 that is spent. This may be altered at our discretion.

 
6. We are entitled at any time to cancel Points awarded in respect of products or services that are subsequently returned or cancelled for any reason and for which a refund of the purchase price is given, or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products thath do not attract Points. Where products or services are exchanged for those of a lower Points value we are entitled to cancel the balance of Points between those originally collected and those collected in respect of the replacement products or services.

 
7. Points are automatically lost if the relevant Programme account is closed or the Programme ends.

 
8. We may close any Programme account on which Points have not been earned or redeemed for a continuous period of 12 months.

 
9. Distributors of Spandex products will not participate in the Programme and therefore are not entitled to earn points on any purchases.
