Liquid lamination
Spandex offers two unique, highly flexible, high-tech, water-based protective laminates with photo initiators for increased UV protection.
These solvent-free Liquid Overlaminates are available in matt and gloss and are ideal for enhancing and protecting printed images on banners, self adhesives, and tightly woven fabrics.
1-Component Liquid Overlaminate gives additional abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and increased durability of up to 2 years, without impairing the substrate’s flexibility.
2-Component Liquid Overlaminate gives additional abrasion resistance, chemical resistance (including alcohol) and increased durability of up to 5 years, without impairing the substrate’s flexibility.
Water-based clear coats are odourless, non-toxic and do not impact the dimensional stability or shrinking properties of the finished substrate.
