Full heat top roller

The RSC 1650HR is the top model in it's class. The RSC 1650HR is equipped with a fully heated top roller that reaches temperatures up to 130°C.

Applying heat while laminating provides a smoother and better bonding with the substrate and makes it more resistant to tearing.

• Heat improves the adhesive flow and allows for continuous high-speed lamination.
• The heated top roller helps to melt the glue better into the pores of the media creating stronger adhesion at higher speeds.
• Can be used for cold laminating as well.

Multifunctionality at high speed

The wide-format and highly versatile Royal Sovereign RSC graphic laminators are capable of running a wide range of applications at high speed and are ideal for laminating inkjet prints for professional mounting up to 15 mm thick boards and for easily applying application tape to cut vinyl.

An extensive variety of applications

Lamination is recommended for medium to long term applications, especially for outdoor use and is ideal for protecting applications exposed to abrasion such as vehicle wraps, fleet and floor graphics.

With the RSC Series you can also professionally mount up to 15 mm thick boards, give your prints a glossy, matte or textured finish and easily apply application tape to cut vinyl and decals.

Perfect for sign-makers

The RSC Series is perfect for laminating vinyl printed signs or other applications with solvent based inks, as cold lamination averts melting or stretching of the vinyl and “gassing” or bubbling of the ink.

For superb lamination of larger quantities of solvent prints, applying a small amount of heat using a Heat-Assist top roller improves the adhesive flow.
