Indoor quality and outdoor durability
The Rockhopper 3 Extreme combines the best of both worlds; perfectly fit for creating outdoor durable signs and the preferred candidate for quality photo realistic indoor prints. The new Eco Ultra inks increase scratch and chemical resistance, and endure UV and weather influences up to 3 years, without lamination.

The new Eco Ultra inks have been specifically developed for the Rockhopper 3 Extreme's piezo print heads and as a result, ink consumption and print production costs are significantly reduced. Profit margins can be further improved using low-cost uncoated and coated materials, including materials with standard paper or clay coated backing.

The fast-drying Eco Ultra inks produce highly saturated, sparkling colours with a wide colour gamut and deep, detailed skin tones and shadow areas. The Dynamic Variable Dot Technology optimises image sharpness and drying time while significantly reducing overall ink-consumption.

The Rockhopper 3 Extreme printers are immediately ready for printing and require no special procedures when starting up or shutting down. The scroller-free media loading and motorised media feed and take-up system allows easy switching between different media rolls up to 100 kg. Ink cartridges can be easily changed during print production.
