GerberColor Medal-series foils have a shiny hot-stamp foil look but are digitally printed by the EDGE.  The opaque construction of GerberColor Medal Series (GCM) foils makes them the perfect complement for printing onto dark vinyl. No double hitting or primer coats are needed, as each foil will retain its vibrant color tone. The simplicity of applying Medal Series foils will save EDGE owners both time and money.

PRINTING
GerberColor Medal (GCM) Series Foils are compatible as an overprint (top layer only) foil with the following GerberColor Series: GerberColor Spot (GCS), GerberColor Process (GCP) SUPER CMYK, and GerberColor Transparent (GCT). GCM foils should not be used as an underlayer in an overprint construction.

There may be some excess transfer of the foil during printing due to the high pigment load of GCM Series foils. The excess can be removed with application tape.
